Memoirs of a Lunatic
The shadows appear to move and dance sadistically in the dark of my room, making me crumble over in despair
Everything seems to flash a pearl-white sneer
Everything seems to flash a blade
I fear for my mind for I do not wish to give over to insanity
I fear for my life for I do not wish to be carried away by the little demons of Hell
To be spirited away by dark angels in black velvet
Thrown before the devil, the dark mistriss, in red silk
At every turn he meets me
My black-hearted love
My stalker of the mind
My scream will be lost forever to this facade, this overall fabrication
I cannot be saved and dear God I cannot be helped
