it's alright.
but i forgot how to bow my head
and the cross swings across the pews.
and now i'm dead.
mother's sin confessed again.
born from fear and shouted with led
to the imagination of men.

sunday suit's a little tight.
insecurity.
and maybe i'm crazy.
but the preacher just shot the crying baby.
