Dear Me,
Dear 1 year old me,
Stop crying.
Dear 2 year old me,
Mom and dad are proud now, but soon they'll be telling you to sit down and shut up.
Dear 3 year old me,
You will learn preschool is filled with people you do not like.
Dear 4 year old me,
Just because it's a new millennium doesn't mean the world ends.
Dear 5 year old me,
School is always fun the first year.
Dear 6 year old me,
The tooth fairy's not real.
Dear 7 year old me,
Cooties do not exist.
Dear 8 year old me,
Santa's not real either.
Dear 9 year old me,
Sports are fun now but soon enough they become your life.
Dear 10 year old me,
Double digits seem cool, but you'll be like that for a while.
Dear 11 year old me,
You're going to look awkward now. Don't fight it.
Dear 12 year old me,
Family is everything. Never forget.
Dear 13 year old me,
High school isn't that great.
Dear 14 year old me,
You're not as cool as you think you are.
Dear 15 year old me,
You will get your license soon enough.
Dear 16 year old me,
Don't fall for him, actually do, you learn so much.
Dear 17 year old me,
11 PM. It's a rule; you may not follow it, but the police sure do.
Dear future me,
I hope you haven't forgotten your goals. Maybe even fulfilled a couple.
I hope you remember to never take life for granted. You can't change your past but you can create a new future.
I hope you are always happy. No matter what the day or circumstance, things will get better.
