Best Friend
Imagine where I would be,
If you were not there to come and save me.
Imagine exactly I would be who,
Without out a friend just like you.
But you are more than just any friend,
You are a very special friend.
That’s why the only thing I will ever call you,
Is my best friend forever.
You are always there to light up my days,
And paint it with colors in many ways.
You are there to pick me up,
And then re-teach me how to be tough.
You are there to sometimes scold me,
Like a mother you have told me,
Many things to make me smarter,
And make me work just a bit harder.
Your soul is one of the purest things,
And it fly’s on angelic wings.
It spreads joy to everyone it touches,
And it is only done with kindness,
You are hilarious and funny in every way,
And light up my every single day.
You make me smile when I am sad,
And make me happy when I am mad.
But the best of all they say,
Is that a best friend is a sister in a way.
It’s the other part of you soul,
That comes together with yours to make it a whole.
So you really are a friend separate from others,
From all my other sisters and brothers.
A friend I will truly lose never,
And that’s why I call you my Best Friend Forever.
