Darkly Beautiful
Darkly Beautiful
Was the love you once intoxicated into my veins
The intenseness of your smile brought me slow to my knees
She broke the remains of my shattered heart
And I found
This the warmness of your love mangled in her longing eyes
Take the hole you built
And stab it,
with the edges,
of the corners,
from the pictures,
which seemed so tragically beautiful of your picture perfect world.
And find me not in it.
Take the blood which you ripped from my bleeding mangled body and hand it to her.
Give it in a locket.
Swing it from her neck,
So when the sun hits it,
You see my face dangling across the string
Hanging, just hanging from her body.
