I don't care

Sometimes I say "I can't do it."
My mind is saying "I know I can."
I think this is stupid
So I just ran
What am I doing wrong?
I am not going the right way.
I am playing the wrong song.
I guess I just messed up my day.
I feel down because I quit.
Really I don't even care.
My hope went down a fiery pit.
I won't want to go anywhere.
You really can't say much about me.
I am really lazy and very sorry.
Being that way makes me happy.
If you want just leave me be.
