So Far Gone
An ebony tear trails 'pon her face,
As she locks her self away
Simply trying to find her place....
Hurting more with each passing day.
No one can truly understand,
The deserted lonely feeling she knows so well.
Purple scars stretching from her elbow to her hand,
She tries her best, but still she must dwell.....
{chorus}
[[She plays that song, over and over,
Paints on a mask, and laughs with the crowd.
But deep inside she's mourning,
Crying desperately to sleep,
A piece must be missing...
But its so far gone.....]]
He tries his best to help her up,
But as soon as that hand slips away,
The world just fades and falls around her....
He tries to be there for her...
but nether of them knows what to do....
She's too gone to carry on,
Falling down before him,
Stumbling like a drunken fool,
she falls back into her enternal grave....
{chorus}
[[She plays that song, over and over,
Paints on a mask, and laughs with the crowd.
But deep inside she's mourning,
Crying desperately to sleep,
A piece must be missing...
But its so far gone.....]]
She lets him down, time after time,
Knowing its not fair, that it isnt right.
It just brings her down more,
As he tries so hard, but seems to get no where.....
He's done so much for her,
She just cant show how much.
The parts shes missing,
Are the parts she grew up without.
{chorus}
[[She plays that song, over and over,
Paints on a mask, and laughs with the crowd.
But deep inside she's mourning,
Crying desperately to sleep,
A piece must be missing...
But its so far gone.....]]
