A smile.
A frown.
A tear.
Concealed by a disguise.
A glint.
A shine.
A twinkle.
There one moment, gone the next.
Anger.
Fear.
Happiness.
The truth suppressed.
Pain.
Sorrow.
Grief.
Under a facade of joy.
Joy.
Happiness.
Glee.
Cloaking the sorrow.
Jealousy.
Envy.
Greed.
Veiled by sweetness.
Cloaking my true self.
Providing protection from judgement and pain.
When all is revealed, the question remains the same, ‘Who am I?’
