Inspiration
My grandfather.
Never went to college yet smart,
Never smiles yet happy,
A strange man he is.
Every Sunday, I sit on his lap,
but I grew older.
I stopped going to the waiting seat,
my butt to never feel that spot again.
My grandfather.
He's gone from this world,
the most inspirational person in my life,
is now gone.
I learned how to live without regrets,
always feel emotions but never show it.
But what he will never admit even to this day,
I am his favorite yet he will never say.
