im taken with worries

Im taken with worries?!
I wonder why I look so good but feel alone.
I hear his voice saying 'I care' when I cry.
I see him standing there and my world is ok. I want a good relationship without any doubts.
I pretend that im happy but inside im not!
I feel sad but at the same time I feel confused???? I touch my heart to find him but he's not there.
I worry will I have to end it so sadly.
Im taken with worries.
