Oxymoron Me!

I'm so sad that I am happy.
Though the caves are closing in,
Beyond, I hear a joyous singing
And a confidence to win.
I'm so relaxed, I can't control it.
I stir in my idle spot.
I don't want to rise up from the couch,
But still, I could go jog.
I'm so perplexed, I know the answer.
I'm confused and lost at sea,
But then I find the words and raise my hand,
Oh oxymoron me!
