Discovery
The world is a body.
A somebody,
With thought and life.
The world is everybody.
The lands are the organs.
Always dividing,
Will they work together?
Is our body surviving?
And cells are us
And the plants and the trees.
As cells we operate
To do what? Set us free?
The brain is the water.
Connecting our organs with oceans
Waving to each other,
Setting our world into motion.
Our thriving body
Is killing its own lands
Maybe it’s time for cells
To reach out their hands.
And touch our waters
To feel our mind
Perceive our fellow organs
And be surprised by what you find.
