Hovering Terror

Storms brewing in the hot misty day
trying to go home
and get out of its way
Lurking in the distance
so dark, so menacing
trying to setup for its strong blow
Searching for the right hiding place
to unleash its power with no grace
Explosion of its fate would be terrible
but the fate of its victim, a small town
Something so peaceful, so innocent
crushed by a most evil presence
Dark blue is its cover
but not for long
this shade of blue will be removed from it before the final bomb full of power leaves its grip
