The Tragedy of the Unwary
Two people, lost in their train of thought.
Off to their homes, they whir by others.
Listen to your surrondings, they've been taught.
A halting screech, they collide with one another.
The smell of burnt rubber, wails of police sirens,
Their families notified, now filled with distraught.
The ringing of church bells, solemn prayers for a priest
Their work for a happy life was all for naught.

This piece is something I made in class and decided to put here. I attempted to make a story with saying as minimal things as possible, simply using imagery and descriptions.
