Girl in the sunflower meadow

       The sunlight plays across the field of sunflowers ,
       Full of alluring colours .
       In the greenest of fields ,
       Under the light of the sky
       An innocent , little girl skipped ,
       through a beautiful sunflower meadow .
       She can run , play and laugh , all to roll down a hill .
       Butterflies pulsating a fragrance off their wings ,
       Flew around the girl ,As she sings .
       She hides amongst the sunflowers there ,decorating her braided hair .
       It looks like fine art ,
       But, after all she was just a country girl with her own heart.
