Inner Wars
Out went the lights.
I met me.
We talked and discussed.
We discussed and shouted.
We shouted and swore.
We swore and fought.
We grew tired.
In came the lights.
I didn't find me anywhere.
The next time the lights went out,
I met me again.
We reconciled. For good.

Light is what reflects, but I guess it's darkness in which one self-reflects. When nothing goes right, we often tire out in frustration. We start hating ourselves.
This is a piece of self-love, of the ultimate realization that we are what we are, and we are beautiful beings. Truly!
I'd be the happiest if this helps someone having hard times.
❤ to all of you. Happy reading.
