To be in the know is one of my favorite things,

I pick out every gift and I make sure I get what I like;

maybe it's the sense of control that gives me great pleasure.

If I were to know everything it would be so much better; 

but I am not God for I'm still down here roaming the earth

while I hold back my tears.

I hate the things I don't know,

for if I could know everything I would.

People may think it's boring but I think it's nice.

Yet there are many things I don't know like whose naught and whose nice,

I don't know who will betray me;

or who will stab me in my back?

I hate the doctors because they always deliver the worst news.

like what your test results are...

are they good or are they bad they're face never says it,

while their words could change the future or the oncoming years?
