I want to fly
And never come back
Let’s say goodbye
I don’t want to be tracked
I had a dream
That I flew
I realized it wasn’t what it seemed
That’s when I knew I was screwed
When you opened my cage
I was full of joy, yet full of rage
Since the day I’ve been kidnapped
I flew half out the window before I saw that I was strapped
I didn’t think I was really trapped
There’s still no way I can cope
Crap now I really have to adapt
Could you at least loosen the rope?
My chirp is the only way I could call
See the world through the hole in the wall
Now I can only gaze upon the sky
Dream I was up there, but could only cry
