The wish of being second

The time where being first
wasn't worth its reward especially
remembering that the only received
was a history of your long past of my
life is the long memory of the past,
where you remember every shout
every action made upon me
only wishing that I never had
been first for ones in my life.
but knowing this then I would have
ended up in an entirely different scenario
where I am talking about something differently
so in all this,
I'm having to accept this
unchangeable defeat for one where
I can’t do anything about it only covering
it with other wins.
