Sunset
when people see a sunset, they stop and take photos
everyone can admit that there is no such thing as an ugly sunset
even the coldest of hearts can appreciate it
there’s something so magical about sunsets
the way the different colors blend so well with each other
as if each color is an instrument in a well conducted symphony
sunsets seem as if they stop time and just pull you towards them
when you’re looking at them, nothing else matters
you just want to fully immerse yourself in that moment
the sunset makes you feel so safe and at peace
they make you feel as if you are at home, no matter where you are
and you can always count on the sunset to come back everyday
I have a certain affinity towards sunsets
they fill me up with an indescribable feeling:
happiness, admiration, joy, all of it
I just don’t understand how they are so beautiful
I never want to stop looking at the sunset
I never want to stop experiencing the joy of the sunset
I never want to the sunset to go away
sunsets make me glad to be alive
so, I can keep experiencing the beauty life has to offer
you, my love, are my sunset.
