Your Space
Being in a place that makes you feel happy and safe,
or a space that is calm and cozy.
Being able to find that place is important.
At some point in everyone’s life,
they will discover that space. Mine is my room.
Just walking into a room that smells like fall,
Seeing the olive green walls,
Looking around you see darkness,
It’s the black wall with a mountain accent.
Turning, you can feel the warmth of the carpet on
Your feet. You see plants slightly swinging
back and forth. Sunlight hits the plants;
They reach for the warmth that the sun provides.
