Out and About
I walk out into nature
Quickly leaving behind my home
I will see many things
Take many stops to pause a moment
Because time is slow
No rush, just enjoying
To notice leaves growing again
Birds will return to their nests
May the birds sing forever sweetly
May the songs bring peace
Beautiful flowers in bloom
Each unique
If the sun were to set
Then colors would fill the sky
I do come home
The walk kept closely in my memories
