Remember
When life has folded you in,
and you believe in nothing anymore
When your eyes are no longer blinded by the epic darkness
When its adjusting, and you know where to touch
where the unseen, unknown begins to tremble
And your hands are starting to sweat
When every ounce of your broken body dissolves
And you just want to forget
When compassion turns into a darker shade of black
And your body trembles of the love it lacks
when your heart suddenly shatters
without warning or caution
all you can do, is give it a portion,
give the shattered pieces at once
never look back, never run
step into the lingering light
which always remained in your eyes sight
hold on for one more day
believe in something better
Never forget what made you once smiled
life is to precious, to waste even a second
Remember who you use to be.
