just a stab
i am
taken aback
shocked and hurt
no longer
can you
look me in the eyes
be gentle with your touch
live without that fire
thinking that you deserve
that you own
that i want to hear
certain words
i am
thinking that you
want me
just to have
expect of me
something
i will not give
i see
through that fakeness
through your act
well aware of the lies
despite all of this
i won't let it get me down
i just
will not care
i do not need you
i need no one
