Behind the smile
November 10, 2009
I walk around acting happy.
I put a smile on my face to please everyone.
I laugh with everyone else,
So no one will know how much I’m hurting.
All you see is what I appear to be.
And I do appear to be a happy girl.
But for one second,
Does anyone think that maybe it’s a show?
No one knows that on the inside,
I just want to die.
That all I want to do is cry.
no one sees behind the smile
