blindness, madness. suffer in silence
fragile, crippled. indication of violence
scorch, torch, blaze, ignite
flesh becomes ash, flames glow white
tainted lips glimmer false dread
caressing your scars, delicate and red
your starless eyes twinkle empty and corrupt
destruction seethes beneath your skin craving to erupt
vile sins then begin spilling off your lashes
ivory skin once luminous is stained with ruby slashes
charred emotions poison you to the very core
your broken soul becomes more tangled than it was before
Punishment is pleasure. Insanity is bliss.
the stale decaying cigarette still sears your tarnished lips

wow, this is amazing! It drew me in from the very beginning. I was just browsing through some poems, mostly only reading portions of them, but I had to read this entire one. It is truly beautiful in a sad way. Great job! Keep it up.

One critique: you might want to play with capitalization a bit, I think it could add to your writing.
