They come and go
I pound the wall in,
kick the dresser legs
and smash my mirror.
The tears fall down these cheeks,
a path they know well.
My father never thinks of me,
my mom never parents,
the sisters ruin my heart more.
Though the rough day comes,
it eventually ends.
The past may haunt
but the future is all you can change.
Be who you feel and live how you think
but don't forget what tomorrow may bring.
