The Sorrow
I run and hide when it shows,
It feels colder then when it snows.
Tears shed down from my eyes,
Like rain pouring from the skies.
Unsociable I become,
Hiding from the sun.
Don’t shine the light,
Only show me night.
Do nothing just sit,
Anyone comes I’ll throw a fit.
I’m filled with the sorrow,
The reason I am so hollow.
My hearts been torn and ripped,
My beautiful wings clipped.
I’ve fallen from grace,
The blood shows on my face.
No one can help me,
Just let me be.
I stay alone,
Just thinking on my own.
This is what I think about,
As I’m filled with the sorrow.
