Untitled
The moonlight shines upon my eyes,
As I gaze upon your face.
The tears start to flow,
Cause once again I feel low.
I can’t bear the sadness or the hate,
So I rest myself upon the stake.
My death will not be in vain,
This time, my soul goes free.
I have nothing left to gain,
As blood pours from my veins.
I will treat you right,
And hold you throughout the night.
Give me another chance,
And one last dance.
I will never hurt you,
It’s too painful to do.
I’ll treat you with the greatest care,
And brush my fingers through your hair,
Just to know you’re still there.
