forgotten memory
soft, earthy forest floor, the setting sun streaking through
looking into a smoldering fire, gold as if of the gods
a smooth, bronze shield protecting its warrior
the force and binding strengt of 10 million men
the mountain pass, keeping its long forgotten secrets
the cool autumn wind, its drifting voice speaks of lost embrace
a burning fire, fueled by passion and despair
an incurable curse, forever haunting its victim
a stone fortress, hiding the sorrow and thoughts behing its walls
a lost love, branded into memory, never to be forgotten
