My tears
My tears my tears my tears
Where did they all go?
Did they leave with my heart?
Which was so long ago
Did they float up to heaven?
Which is where my heart lies
Or did they just leave
Without saying goodbye
My tears my tears my tears
Why did they have to go
That is something that I’d like to know
Did they have a reason?
For why they left that way
Or is it just they had nothing left to say
Did they find someone new?
Was there anything I could do?
My tears my tears my tears
Have all but faded away
I just wished they could have stayed
I knew them well and they knew me
So I will let them go, I will set them free
Because they made me….me
And that is why I do not cry
Because my tears are in the sky

Wow. This is really powerful. I almost started crying when I was reading it.
Just one thing I noticed, the line "That is something that I'd like to know" consider taking out the second "that" so it would read a little smoother as "That is something I'd like to know". You still have the original meaning, but the line has one less similar and fits better with the structure of the rest of the poem.
