Inspiration
Walking in the rain
the water from the sky,
hitting your skin.
Look up, the sun isn’t there,
however,
the presence can be felt.
Take substance
and health
from the sun that is,
both there,
and not there.
From the time of birth,
we constantly seek the sun.
Our stance for walking, head up,
towards this star, these stars.
Walking on our hands,
what would we always seek?
The core of the Earth,
would this be the center once more,
rather than the sun,
for which we always seek?
Perhaps the center
is not you,
but something else.
When you sense
the rain hitting your skin,
hitting the ground,
hitting your world,
look up and seek once more,
seek what is invisible,
but who’s presence can,
will still be felt.
