Again
Looking back at term
Seeing the reflection I left
On the cold clouded glass
Seeing my soul
Cry for friendship
Seeing my ears
Cringe to argued words
Looking back at my
Footprints
The trails I braved
And those I merely stepped on
Hearing the crunch of confidence
Shatter from the misunderstood
Hearing it mend back together
Now I hear my footsteps
Echo through that hallway
Now I feel the lessons
Enscribed into my heart
I will come here
Fresh
Where I will begin
Again
