You Don't Know
You talk to me like you don't know,
The pain inside my heart.
You talk to me like it’s a joke,
But you and me,
We both know.
You talk to me like you don't know,
What you've done,
And how it hurts.
You talk to me like it doesn't matter,
But is that true?
It doesn't matter?
If we're so close then why don't you know,
About the pain inside my heart?
The pain you caused when you said 'yes',
And joked,
And played around.
I'll admit I helped,
I'll admit I saw,
I'll admit I was in on the joke.
But you're sitting there,
Like you don't know,
The pain inside my heart.
What used to be the three of us has shrunken down to one,
What used to be happiness has slowly been undone,
I used to think that it was perfect,
I thought that it was best...
But you're sitting there like you don't know,
And I wonder,
Does it show?
How much I want to turn back time,
And all the things that I regret.
