HIs First Day
He walks in the room;
With his blinding white smile.
I kiss my heart goodbye;
My heart was racing at 100 miles.
He takes in all our faces;
One classmate at a time.
This may be my imagination,
But I think he stalled on mine…
He smiled at the teacher;
Asking for his seat.
She gave him the one
Right beside me.
He took his seat;
Then class began.
I didn’t pay attention
I was busy looking at this young man.
I was so entranced;
By everything about him.
The way his dark eyes shined
And how he sort of looked grim.
This new boy had a type of aura
That any girl would fall easily for
The dark eyes so deep
And the charisma no one could ignore

i love the way you explain this first day and this new boy. he seems to be sort of mysterious, which plays with the rhyimg and verse set you have going. you have really nice flow here, and everything seems to be on beat. it takes a true author to do that!
you can rate/comment on some of my work, too if you'd like. great job on this! keep writing!(:
