Chasing Rabbits
forgetting
who exactly I am.
Im staring at pictures of you and want to rip them up.
I have forgotten you.
your smell, your taste. the words that so easily pore from your perfect lips.
I have forgotten the feeling of falling asleep in your bed, your white sheets.
the way the morning light peers in your windows and whispers to me "wake up, my love" i dont remember if that was you or not.
I cant sleep, the new love is finally here. morning and her rose red fingers have crawled back and forced her body away.
her warmth is perfect, almost like yours.
run, run, run
I wonder if I will ever get back to wonderland
