Flood of rain
Rain washes away the day,
the days problems and pains,
But what will tomorrow become?
Will it be bright,
will it be glum,
Will it be what I expect it to?
Am I the only one who expects this,
these days to be as they are?
Wonderful, yet horrendous,
Beautiful, yet dark,
all at once.
I've become so cautious,
try and make no mistake,
but it will never work.
But I am hopeful for tomorrow,
all of today will be washed away.
Only because of the flood of rain.
