Those who have never experienced
A cocoon of warmth
Concern
Love
And pure joy
Towards small moments
Of familial happiness
Can never be expected to ever
Understand the unbounded joy
That comes of having one ask
How are you?
With true interest
Those poor souls only know a longing
For knowledge that
At their home,
Waiting to ask,
Is
A Mother
