A Beautiful Mess
I can't stand you sometimes
I want to walk away and forget your name
You upset me, I upset you more
I feel like giving up, brand you as a hopeless case
I tell you to leave me be,
But it seems to be when you bother me more
I try to apologize
Then end up calling you a stupid git
People are questioning our love
I'm beginning to do the same
Maybe it got lost
With all the empty promises and tears
But then I see you smile at me,
Your eyes vibrant as ever
I feel reborn again, buterflies shaken up
It's almost like our first day, over again
They might not understand,
I see why sometimes too,
But who cares?
We never did anyways
