Leaving
It’s the saddest thing to do
Yet you need it to move on
It could break hearts
It could end friendships
It’s a necessary evil
Which we cannot do without
It hurts so much
When you have to leave a place
Bearing in mind
That you can’t keep in touch
And you’d never see some faces again
The numerous experiences
Coupled with enough troubles
All those wonderful memories
Would be lost to time
As it moves on endlessly
I can’t believe I’m leaving
I can’t believe I’ll never see them again
So amidst hugs and kisses as well
I’m going to bid
My very last farewell
In case we never meet again.
