Hidden Between The Lines
They glance at me. Staring at me, like I am some foreign exchange student.
They do not know me. They do not know what I am like.
Sometimes I feel like I am invisible, but my true instincts is to be Known.
I walk in the hallways, I hold my books, watching where to step so I do not fall or embarrass myself.
Self-confidence? Well, it is there, sometimes. I just have to dig deep, take a breath, and explore through the lines. No more hide and seek. Time to be me, and shine.
