your still so far away
every step you take makes my heart break
I feel alone

you made a pact that you would always return
but you fell in love and ran away

I watch it rain and I feel a searing pain ripping up my heart
I used to hope you would sweep me up in your arms
and that we would run away together
so far away that no one could find us
