Under a full moon
Beneath the stars
A boy lies waiting
For the dark to consume him
He hides it
The best he can
And tries to get lost
In his own world
Where he'll never fall
Never fall
He'll have it all
And there's a girl
Waiting for him
She just doesn't
Know it yet
She bows her head
And prays
"God, give me someone
Who understands"
She's always
been so numb
Paralyzed at the
Thought of love
But she'll never fall
Never fall
She'll have it all

Another awesome poem, your work always has so much depth to it. I love it! Especially the first part with the boy, I can't picture a better setting than that night and how he tries to hide in it. Great work 5/5!
