Waking Up to Run
Stella wakes up each night to run with the wolves.
The creatures run through the land, past the waterfalls and caves.
Stella wakes up late, having to run around the house to get ready.
Getting prepared is rushed, she runs to hers car and takes off to school.
Stella wakes up in a cold sweat, beads of salty water running down her cheek.
The cheek that he kissed before they ran away.
Stella wakes up wanting to run away from it all.
All the stuff that worries her. She just can't run as fast as she used to.
Stella no longer wakes up, she is tired from all the running.
