The leaves have changed
and fallen down.
Their colors crash and sit
together, low upon the ground
they whisper their descent.
The ground they cover
takes the sound
and hides it from the trees
who sing softly, being bound
to the earth below, and dreams of the seas.
The beginning here
has found the end
and the end has found its start.
The happiness will cry and rend
the sorrows ever growing heart.
Memories are summoned up
of those who lost themselves to the song.
And soon forgotten, that memory dear,
they vanish, slowly, now they're gone.
It's upon us now, the Fall is here.
