"Life is like a Box of Chocolates"
I like flowers and I like love and I like hope but none of those things seem to matter in this world
this world where everything
is work but not good work
only bad
work and life is like a box of
chocolates and I
think I picked the wrong one up it doesn’t taste so sweet right now. If I could just choose the one next to it maybe
or what about a different box Godiva maybe that would’ve been good the starfish
with raspberry or the hazelnut shell what would life have been then huh something totally different luxurious perhaps or crazy or hopeful or lazy or I don’t know something other
than it is now for better or for worse I will never know but I can try to find out or I can
live with the life I’ve got and enjoy my white chocolate praline thing you know
it’s really not so bad
sour but sweet with a really delish after-taste.
And in the end it's what we make it and not what we had at the start
too late to choose another piece
praline works just fine
I bet even Forrest Gump didn't like his chocolate at first
but he turned out okay
And so will I
