Energy
Pours through me,
Coursing through
My veins,
Running –
Away and towards everything.
Restless
Energy
Makes me yearn to
Run and leap and sing and
Dance, yet I lie here,
Unmoving
And write,
My form of
Nervous, hyperactive expression.
