add water, watch it grow

i started the new pills today.
they came in capsules,
i looked at one in between my thumb & forefinger,
& wanted to know if i could grow a seahorse or dolphin out of it.
sadly the only way for me to know now is to cut open my stomach,
because the capsule is there, mixed in with water that it wanted.
wal-mart messed up, i was supposed to get tablets.
wal-mart always messes up--i hate that place.
so i had to take a capsule, thinking of seahorses.
i'll be honest, i'm not impressed.
i don't really want a stomach full of foam animals.
