Crying Doesn't Help
I know they say that crying
Doesn't help and never will
But sometimes…
Maybe sometimes the tears can
Help me
Clean
Clean up inside myself, when
This dirt they call emotions
Builds up and
Blocks the exits
Of my mind, and
Blocks my nose and my
Throat and my mouth
Those days – days like today
I wish the tears could come and
Break down the walls of
The bunker that is building
Around my lungs.
