The Dreamers

These voices tell us go.
They say we don't belong.
we listen to their words,
and who's to say they're wrong.
They want to destroy my kind,
The Dreamers who ask "Why?"
Those who ask questions,
seeking answers impossible to find.
Those voices destroyed our home,
leaving no refuge behind.
In the darkness we take cover.
In the impervious we hide.
